Among company marketers surveyed \u2013 primarily from the UK (46%) and other European countries (19%) \u2013 just 50% rated their understanding of ROI from digital marketing channels as \u201cgood\u201d (33%) or \u201cvery good\u201d (17%), down from 55% last year. By contrast, the proportion rating their understanding as \u201cokay\u201d or \u201cpoor\u201d rose from 42% to 48%.
