Corporate executives see the need to use social media to connect with their customers, but many acknowledge that they’re still figuring out how best to do it.<\/p>\n

According to a study released this morning, 82 percent of CMOs (chief marketing officers) plan to increase their company’s use of social media over the next three to five years.<\/p>\n
